  • Where can I park my ride?

    We are sorry that we don't have designated parking at the moment. But parking is available nearby in public lots and on the street. Just be sure to keep an eye on the parking times to avoid any fines. Feel free to ask us for recommendations!

  • How do I get there?

    Getting here is a breeze! If you're taking public transport, take the subway (TTC) to Dufferin Station. From there, catch the 29/929 bus and get off at Dufferin St at Queen St West. It’s just a quick 4-minute walk to our hotel from there. For more detailed info on schedules and routes, check out the TTC website. You can also use Google Maps for step-by-step directions and real-time updates.

  • What is our cancellation policy?

    We're sorry, but our bookings are non-refundable.

  • What can I do in Queen West area?

    The vibrant Queen Street West area is full of unique shops, trendy cafes, and delicious restaurants to explore.   • Is the hotel accessible by wheelchair?

    Unfortunately, our hotel isn’t wheelchair accessible as we only have stairs. We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Is breakfast included in the stay?

    No, breakfast isn't included in the room stay, but we have some great local spots we can recommend! Follow us on Instagram @thequeensgriffen to get some great ideas!

  • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in all units! We’ll provide the Wi-Fi name and password in your booking confirmation email.

  • Is the hotel pet-friendly? If so, are there any additional charges?

    Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, our hotel is not pet-friendly and we do not allow pets on the premises. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
